JumpPerform courses specifically for sports coaches and athletes can be run over 1 day and encompass the following

JumpPerform

Practical sessions will include

  • Movement analysis
  • Assessment of movement control, strength and proprioception
  • Delivery of JumpPeform

On completion of the course JumpPerform certified sports coaches will be able to

  • Identify those athletes most at risk of lower limb injury
  • Educate athletes on movement patterns and encourage movement awareness
  • Deliver JumpPerform pre-season extended program and the in-season modified warm up
  • Collect data to be fed back to SportsPerform for analysis to assess program effectiveness
