JumpPerform courses specifically for sports coaches and athletes can be run over 1 day and encompass the following

Practical sessions will include
- Movement analysis
- Assessment of movement control, strength and proprioception
- Delivery of JumpPeform
On completion of the course JumpPerform certified sports coaches will be able to
- Identify those athletes most at risk of lower limb injury
- Educate athletes on movement patterns and encourage movement awareness
- Deliver JumpPerform pre-season extended program and the in-season modified warm up
- Collect data to be fed back to SportsPerform for analysis to assess program effectiveness
