Netball - Improve Performance

In addition to reducing injury prevention training can improve measures of performance including jump height, hamstring power and strength, and symmetry between dominant and non-dominant legs. We have tested the JumpPerform programme, and found when performed x5 a week for 6 weeks the athletes jump height increased an average of 10%.
